Join CLS for an informative session aimed at assisting property lawyers in understanding their choices for addressing the Japanese Knotweed issue on behalf of their clients.
Topics covered include guidance on the Law Society TA6 property information form, gaining insights from a surveyor’s perspective on understanding Japanese Knotweed, strategies for dealing with seller responses of ‘Not Known,’ and an overview of the CLS Japanese Knotweed Indemnity Policy and its coverage.
