This is an unsettling time for everyone, and we understand you may be navigating new business practices like home working patterns and infrastructure, as well as maintaining service to your customers. When it comes to fulfilling your property data due diligence, we’re here to help. Our ForeSite Platform remains available 24 hours per day for up to date property data like Planning, Public Rights of Way (PRoW) or EA Flood Zones, to name but a few. If you’d like a refresher on how to use our platform, just let us know.


Managing expectations.

Given the scale of the Coronavirus situation, we expect there will be some changes to the normal service Local Authorities and our third-party suppliers deliver. To help you manage your transactions and your clients’ expectations, below you will find an up to date list of all Local Authorities and Property Data suppliers whose service is currently affected. You will also be notified of any expected changes as soon as we are aware, via email.

Searches are being processed, however, there may be a slight delay. They are currently unable to confirm turnaround times.
Bolsover District CouncilThey continue to process searches but with limited access to information for LLC1s. During this time, they will send the requests and notify us of the information they have not been able to return. Once normal working conditions have resumed, the remaining information will be sent. 
Chichester District CouncilSearches are still being processed however, they will not be responding to quote requests or chases.
Derbyshire County CouncilHighway searches have been resumed, however they have advised some paper records are not currently available to them. 
Providing all information is available, the turnaround time is 1-2 days.
East Riding of Yorkshire CouncilSearches are now being processed, however they are experiencing a backlog. They have advised the turnaround time will be around 7 working days.
Flintshire County CouncilRequests are still being processed. Although they are unable to offer Q22 - Common Land, or expedite service.
London Borough of HaveringAt present they are unable to provide the following services:
  • LLC1
  • CON29 
  • Highways Register search applications 
Whilst they will try and answer email queries, their main focus is to complete searches. There may be a slight delay in terms of completing searches. 
North Lincolnshire CouncilHighway searches have been suspended until further notice.
Poole Borough CouncilThey have temporarily postponed the return of searches. Requests will be processed as soon as possible pending a review.
Rhondda Cynon Taf Borough CouncilHighway searches have been suspended until further notice.
Sheffield City CouncilAt present, they are only able to provide the following services:
  • LLC1
  • Personal Searches
Stratford-on-Avon District CouncilThe acceptance of any new search requests has been temporarily suspended. They have advised they will try and complete all those currently committed in the system, in date order, as soon as possible.
